Message like an autocross setup to get the car to rotate well here. This is not a high speed course except for the main straight and turn 1. The same set-up at a longer higher speed track like Buttonwillow nearly killed us.

For this Streets of willows course, we tightened up the rear sway bars to their tightest setting and also set the bump shock settings to their highest setting. The front bar was set to its loosest setting. We also adjusted front toe and caster to try to compensate for the lack of more negative front camber.

Here is in-car video from Carl at the Streets of Willows, who ran his Z32 NA in OTC. As you can see, it is not a high speed course. In fact the speeds were so slow that Carl was having overheating issues as he has ripped out the fan our of his Z and relies on airflow through his Koyo radiator for cooling.
